I am trying to overlap text on a shape so that when I use the boolean subtraction tool, the text is removed and the shape is there minus the text fill and text stroke(outline). The tool works, however it does not remove both the fill AND the stroke. It only removes the fill of the text.
The below image is the intended end result, where text including both the fill and stroke have been cropped out of the base layer.
