Hello Figma support team ! We are reaching out to you regarding a payment issue. when upgrading my account it is asking me for 15$ but on payment gateway it is asking for 0$

Welcome to the community! Do you also received a notification in the checkout page that ‘the payment couldn’t be completed. Please try again with a different card’?


This usually happens when your bank is declining the charge.

Most declines are categorized as “generic” so it’s not always possible to know exactly why a payment was declined on our end. If all of the card information seems correct, I recommend trying a different card, or contacting your card issuer for more information.


If you choose to update the card on file, I recommend reviewing this guide from our Help Center for more information: Manage failed payments

For privacy and security, card issuers can only discuss the specifics of a declined payment with their cardholders – they cannot discuss this with the merchant.


Also, another reason would be the team you’re trying to upgrade. Can you double check if you are trying to upgrade a team that is currently on the Education plan (which is a plan that gives you access to all the features of the Professional plan for free). This could be the reason why you’re experiencing this issue.


If you’d still like to upgrade to the Professional plan, could you please try upgrading one of your other teams to see if it works?

I have tried with different cards and also with different credentials still I am facing the same issue I have also mailed to the support still didn’t receive response from them
