Paying for professional plan but still on free features

Hi all

Would massively appreciate any help on this topic.

Last month I upgraded my account from free to professional. None of the features changed and all my projects still have " UPGRADE to PRO" after for more files or page limits.

I contact support but neer get anything back :confused:

Can anyone help?
