i have a user with an issue with receiving emails.
this former user came back to the company. So a new google account has been set up as a Figma account.
this user is can receive any email on his google account except for Figma. No Welcome email, not other email etc… he can log in using google sign in but that’s it. any help or reason why?
I tried to contact support but i’m scare they take ages to reply
