I am a university student in Turkiye and I wanted to buy student pack but it got proffesional instead and it made payment. I have cancelled my subscription and try to contact with Figma support but they don’t respond me. I do not know what should I do. I have already sent a couple of e-mails. I want refund of 144 dollar. The dollar is very valuable against our lira and it cost more than 4.000 Turkish Liras. It is a huge amount of money for me. I need this payment back immediately. With cancelation of my account billing. Please help me to contact Figma Support.
