Figma to PDF Creates a PDF That Is Difficult to Make Accessible

Hi all,

When exporting a Figma file to PDF I’ve noticed that the entire file is exported as essentially images/paths. This makes creating an accessible PDF from this sort of file rather difficult since the PDF lacks the text structure of a PDF created in Word. For example, I can tag a bunch of text in a PDF from word as a paragraph element and the screen reader will read this, whereas if I attempt to tag text in a PDF from Figma the text isn’t read by the screen reader.

Is there an accessibility plugin/work process that can help with this?

When I export as a .PDF out of Sketch it works, but not in Figma.
