Yes, sort of. It’s probably fine for simple or low-run stuff. But it’s the wrong tool for the job, and for larger or more complex print jobs you might have a bad time. Figma units all being in px (instead of inches or what have you) and lack of CMYK or proper spot colors and lack of proper bleed/crop will be holding you back.
