Downloading fonts directly from figma

Is it possible to download project fonts from Figma using RestApi?
The last mention of something similar on the forum I saw was from 2021 so I am wondering if it’s still impossible.

Neither the Plugin API nor the REST API allow you to download fonts from Figma.
