I have this thought, I created a Team under my company, and I invite designers I hired to put all their designs in it. How do I make sure that these designs will not be stolen, move or deleted once they are in. How do I protect these asset because I already owned the rights to them?

I figured out that you can move back Figma files to your personal account from company account or delete them if you want.

If I understand you correctly, this issue affects all businesses in all domains, not just those using Figma.

Other than being bound by the intellectual property rights clause in their employment contract with you (which should say they agree to assign the copyright in all their work to you while they are employed by you), I don’t think there is anything you can do.
