Question

Component flows from the frame when Command D used in smart select

ecesa

Hi all!

I’m very new to Figma, so the title may not be very explanatory.

When I use smart select, I can change the order of the components and the space between them. However, when I try to duplicate one of them by using Command D, this is what happens:

It duplicates, but the frame gets slightly bigger weirdly. What could be the issue here?

Thank you!

Hey @ecesa! Would you be able to share a copy of the design you mentioned in your post? I’d like to take a look to see if I can see what’s going on 😃

Appreciate it! It looks like I can’t access it at the moment – if you share edit access to our support email of support-share@figma.com, that should allow me to access it.

You won’t be charged or anything like that for access, and once we’ve gotten this worked out, you can revoke access.
