Can’t draw arrows on imported images

only tried on figma app

Big Sur 11.2.3 - Latest version of Figma
Can you answer all questions of the form including screenshots and file link, please? I can draw arrows on images just fine:
@Rob9 Same issue here after 3 years. Based on the views it seems common. Gleb’s response is enough. Seems that random imported images, some allow arrows from within the images, some don’t. Using send to back / front doesn’t work. Something so simple should really work. Ended up using a competitor
