Hello, I have a few questions about a Template made by the community and uploaded on Figma Community. All my questions are about a Template which I paid.

• Would I be able to use the Template and add some modifications to it to match it with my mobile app ?
• Can I use some parts of the Template (Modified or not) to make my Mobile Application Design and then published it online - make profits on it etc… ?
