It doesn't make any sense for me to own the organization, pay for a seat for a professional on my team and not be able to modify the project, nor even manage the access permissions of that project (such as removing people who are no longer part of the project).

tip 2: add permissions for the project owner to be able to edit the files (even with an added cost) without having to have a new paid seat.
