When you invite people you need them to accept the invitation first in order for you to assign a role and workspace.

This could take DAYS in order for people to be able to get start working because time it takes to communicate to multiple groups of people, different time zone when they request/when I invite them. It is especially bad with my nature of my organization when you have people come and go constantly. When it could be done within 2 minutes.

Please add this feature, I wasted so much time and energy when I could be doing something else.
