As an admin, when declining an upgrade request, I’d love to add a personalised message so that I can inform the user why their request is declined.

I second the ask for custom messages. And would also like to see this option when approving request. Right now, I have to follow up manually with any rules we have put in place for our workspace.

How is this not a thing? You can’t just decline a request without giving any context or alternative way to re-request. ✌️

When I get request for upgrades, it would be a massive help if i could respond to peoples notes or message them through the app before approving or declining. Its never as clear cut as “Accept” or “Decline”.

My ORG 100% need this.

Would also be good if the email that goes out to the requester could be customized.

Thanks for following up! I checked with our internal team, this request is on our radar, and we’ve shared this thread with them as well. The team finds the idea interesting and will be reviewing it as we explore future improvements.

Thanks again for sharing your feedback!
