You can say a feature request also to the Figma that we can able to add or create a variant in components by dragging object from outside the component.
Let me explain you by an example that I have created a component which have 80 Icons. After few days I want to add more 20 Icons in that component. I can’t drag that 20 Icons add them directly to the component. I have to create an varient by clicking on plus and then have copy that inner vector and paste it into created varient one by one, 10 time damm !! 😵💫
So, My request is to fix it and make it able to drag and add variant to the component.
