Improving UX in plugins

Hey figma people, I have a suggestion, I don't know if anyone else has already done this.
When you search for a plugin and it opens you can either save or run, if you save it directly there is no problem and it shows up in the list. But if I don't know what the plugin does and I press run then it is saved as recent and it doesn't become permanent. Then I have to search for it again, press delete and search for it and save it.

I would like to have the bookmark next to the plugin like in the UI and press if I want to save or delete it.
