I had figma free education plan which i applied for now they emailed me to re-verify by september 29 or I'll lose those pro features now I joined figma recently a month back i have re-applied for verification but they say i have exceeded limit for verification or availed this offer. I have no clue how to solve this i have contacted Sheer Id support team too.

I also have the same problem as Anton. I’ve been verified by SheerID, but I can’t log into my account because it says it’s not configured. When I tried to create a new account, it says my verification limit has been exceeded. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

I’m a student from [Your College Name] and I was using the Figma Education Plan. Recently, I was asked to re-verify my student status.
Unfortunately, my college server is not well-maintained, so SheerID could not verify me automatically. I tried uploading different documents (tuition fee receipt, class routine, etc.), but after several attempts, I now see the message: “Verification Limit Exceeded.”
Now I cannot submit any new documents or re-apply. I still have valid student status, but I don’t know how to continue the verification process.

I went through the verification process and SheerID sent details regarding this if you need them to assist me, so why does this window still tell me that I need to verify my status? Should I just ignore it? Because I literally cannot re verify again. Please let me know what you need from me because this should definitely not be this difficult.

I tried re verification for FIGMA student, but it was showing network error even though network was good, and continuously trying it was still showing the same error.
Then it started showing Verification limit exceeded.
So I contacted sheerID via mail, they responded with:
We were unable to process your verification request. And Your ticket has now been permanently closed.
I mail them again and again still got no solution...
If it's possible i would like to verify my account again. I can provide a document from my school if nesesery.
Last mounth i have verified my spotify account with sheerid and it worked normaly.
Please provide the solution for this issue otherwise I won't be able to re verify student plan.

During the verification process, I was asked to submit a government-issued ID. I uploaded a photo of my Korean Resident Registration Card, but the system repeatedly failed to recognize it and rejected the verification attempts. As a result, I am now seeing the message “Verification Limit Exceeded” and cannot proceed any further.
Since I submitted the correct document, it is quite frustrating that the failure of the photo recognition process is preventing me from completing the Education plan verification. I kindly ask you to review this issue and help restore my ability to complete the Education plan verification on my account.

2. So I reached out to SheerID team and they said “yeah cant do anything we’re closing this ticket because you must successfully verify on the platform”...which as we all know isn’t working for us.

I just spoke to our education leader, and there was in fact and issue with your verification that was causing this back and forth confusion.
I know this is probably the last thing you want to hear right now, but can you please attempt to verify again? I’m told this has been addressed, and you should know be able to cleanly verify.
And of course, let me know if not. I’ll continue to chase this down until you are set.

Since I dont know exactly what I did wrong or missing since they did not give my any further information

I contacted the SheerID team about this issue, but their response only advised me to retake the photos of my ID carefully and re-enter the information before trying again.
