False Resolution: To make matters worse, the previous forum post we opened on this issue was closed with the message that 'the report has been resolved. Thank you for reporting, you helped us improve this community!' How has this been resolved? And what community was improved? Our school's community is currently blocked from using an essential teaching resource.
The new school term has just started, and our students literally need Figma to learn. This administrative blockage—compounded by being told the problem is 'resolved' when it clearly is not—is now seriously disrupting our children's education.
We are insisting on two things:
