Hi,

I’m reaching out because the deadline for Edu re-verification is fast approaching, and I haven’t received a response through other support channels yet. My team is anxious, and I’m unsure what to tell them.

I’m Mark, Principal Product Designer at Code.org, a nonprofit working to ensure every student has the opportunity to learn AI and computer science as part of their K–12 education. About six years ago, Figma generously granted us a free team account for nonprofits. As the account admin/owner, I’ve been able to add/remove members with @code.org emails ever since.

We all received the re-verification notice at the beginning of Septemeber. I was able to verified, and our account has the Edu badge, but none of my teammates have been able to re-verify the same way I did. I understand our case may be unusual—could you share guidance on what will happen to their accounts at the end of September? If there’s someone better to contact, I’d greatly appreciate the referral.

The worst-case scenario is that I remain the only active account while my team—who rely on Figma daily—loses access. That would be devastating for our work.
