I recently canceled my Professional Dev seats subscription, expecting the cancellation to take effect immediately. However, my invoice shows:

  • $15 credit for unused Dev seat time (as expected)

  • $20 charge for Professional Full seats, which I never selected or approved

This left a $5 net charge.
From my understanding of Figma’s prorated billing policy, prorated charges should only apply to seat types I’ve approved or requested. In this case, I did not approve or initiate a switch from Dev to Full seats — the change appears to have been applied automatically at cancellation.

I would like:

  1. Confirmation of whether a seat type change occurred in my account logs.

  2. The timestamp and trigger source for this change (whether initiated by me, another admin, or automatically by the system).

  3. A refund for the $5 charge, as I did not request this seat type.

@saujan.neupane Sorry for the confusion with the seating charge -- unfortunately, like the rest of the moderators here, I don’t have access to the proper tools to in order to answer your questions (including the timestamp on when there were seat changes). 

Billing issues of this type are sensitive, since they include personal information. There are required security checks that our support team will need to run before further action can be made.
