Hello Figma Community,

I’m currently a design student and recently re-verified my Figma Education Plan. On September 25th, I received an email confirming that my status was updated successfully.

However, when I log in now, it’s asking me to verify again — and I keep getting this error message:

Verification Limit Exceeded
We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it? I’d really appreciate any advice or solutions!
