Unable to load anything inside Figma

Unable to load anything inside Figma. All images in dashboard (project thumbnails) and images inside projects are not loading at all. Some plugins like Unsplash are not working as well. Unable to export screens as PDFs as well. Tried clearing cache, using a different PC, a different browser, a different network, to no avail. 

Just noticed, in the console in Figma, I'm getting a "ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED". I'm not using any VPN and have tried connecting to a different network to no avail.

I’ve attached the debug, network and performance logs below. It seems that my PC is unable to connect to “s3-alpha-sig.figma.com” address even though DNS resolves to their respective IP addresses. I’ve tried flushing my DNS, resetting winsock and tcp/ip stack. Nothing works. I’ve made sure there is nothing in my hosts file that might block Figma and nothing in my windows security does the same.

Hey ​@muradyousuf, thank you for reaching out and sharing your debug log!

From what you’ve described, it sounds like something on the network or system level might still be blocking Figma’s connection. Just to rule this out: can you confirm that the *.figma.com domain is fully allowlisted on your network for both GET and POST requests?

Also, if you haven’t already, I’d recommend running our network check tool. It can help pinpoint if anything specific is being blocked. 

Let me know what you find, and we’ll go from there!
