I had not add new seats and change the plan, but the system automatically change seat type and billed me.

Thank for your support, but i only relieved an email for setting guide which i is not my expectation for solving for fraud issues reported. I reply to the email for 2 days, and then dont receive any email to solve problem. 

Finally, very poor support and the problem is unsolved.
