We are sending team invitations to two email accounts, [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] and [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII], but the invitation emails are not being received.

We have checked the email management settings, including spam filters and blocked senders, and found no issues.

Could you confirm whether this is an internal issue within Figma preventing the invitation emails from being sent?

I had the same thing happen, and it turned out our IT team found the Figma domain was on our email blacklist for some reason. Once they removed it, the invites came through right away. You might also want to check any spam filters or firewalls blocking automated emails.
