Students having trouble with the verification process

Coach Kabba

I set up an educator account and added my students. We all went through the verification process and everything worked fine. This was about two weeks ago. Then last Wednesday all of a sudden my student kept receiving a banner notification telling them that they needed to be verified even though they all were verified previously and used their school emails. 

 

Is there a way to fix this?
