I saw that you filed a couple of support tickets already via our help form. I had one of them escalated on the support side, and you should be receiving a response with details on the additional charges, and what can be done to correct your seats. They will also be able to assist with getting any billing issues corrected. For reference, your case number is #1440072.

It seems the only way to get rid of these seats is to cancel the whole plan completely!!!!
What a totally ridiculous situation - I’ve spent my time converting from another platform so not a brilliant place to be….
