Hello Figma Support Team,

I noticed that my upcoming invoice shows multiple seats (3 Full + 1 Dev), but I only need 1 Full seat for my subscription. It seems there was a mistake and extra seats were added.

Could you please:

Remove all additional seats (Full, Dev, and Collab).

Keep only 1 Full seat active.

Switch my plan to the annual subscription (with the 20% discount).

Adjust my invoice so that it reflects only the cost of one Full seat on the annual plan.

I would appreciate your help in fixing this issue.

To correct the extra seats and switch to the annual plan,I ’d recommend you reaching out Figma Support directly so they can update your billing on the backend. (As this is an individual billing issue, we’re unable to handle it directly here in the Forum due to privacy and security concerns.)

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Figma billing support form here

  2. Use the email address linked to your Figma account.

  3. Include your team name and the request details (keep only 1 Full seat, remove Dev and extra seats, switch to annual plan with 20 % discount, and adjust the invoice).
    Once you submit the form, our support team will help you to adjust your subscription accordingly.


Also, as best practice if you'd like to prevent additional charges in the future, you can easily do that by setting your user type to 'Viewer-Restricted' as default. This setting will require Admin approval for a user to be upgraded to a paid seat. Our Help Center article: 'There are additional charges in my Figma bill' provides step-by-step instructions on how to change the setting.
