I am writing to request a refund and correction regarding my recent subscription payment processed on January 4, 2026.
I noticed that the subscription total increased significantly from $23.60 (Invoice: [redacted]) to $70.80 (Invoice: i[redacted]). This increase was unexpected, and I did not intend to add additional paid seats or upgrade my plan.
I have not utilized the service under this new billing amount, and you can verify from my account activity that there has been no usage of any additional seats during this period.
I would like to request the following:
A full refund for the latest charge ($70.80) or at least a refund of the difference.
A reset of my subscription to the previous "Professional" plan for a single seat to avoid any further incorrect charges.
