Hello Figma Support Team,

We recently encountered an issue with our Figma subscription renewal. Our team initially had two seats, but shortly before the renewal date, one of our team members left the company. As a result, we had one assigned seat and one available seat.

Yesterday, our annual subscription was automatically renewed for two seats, even though we only needed one. We did not intend to renew the second seat, and it has remained unused.

Since the charge was processed less than 24 hours ago, we are requesting an urgent partial refund for the extra seat that we do not need. We kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this as soon as possible.
