Hi,

I recently received a bill payment notification for a Professional Profile subscription that I never intended to sign up. The upgrade process is very misleading, and I was not aware I was committing to a paid plan. (Invoice ID: in_1T2divIvcqWR3dFDP4zWR6Fn)

I kindly request a full refund for this charge.

Per our Terms of Service, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. That said, we definitely want to understand what happened here, especially since you mentioned the upgrade flow felt misleading or unclear.
