Publishing failed: Please reload the page to publish

David_Brien_Swann

Getting the “Publishing failed: Please reload the page to publish” error when I try to publish.

I’ve gone through the older treads but haven’t found a solutions beside Figma sent out a fix. I’ve tried everything I can think of including the obvious solutions like reloading tab and restarting computer.

I’ve tried deleting all new components and even restored earlier versions, from the version history panel, that were previously published. Yet still no luck. My other libraries will publish, but my main library will not. 🙄

Our company is facing the same issue. :-(

cloudyrobin

I have a component library that I has previously been published. I am trying to publish it again with more changes, but after clicking the publish button it says "Publishing failed. Please reload the page to publish".

I have tried reloading, I have tried rolling back to a version that was successfully published, I have tried publishing from the web client instead of the app, I have tried publishing one component at a time, and even tried to unpublish the library, which also didn't work.

Anyone ever had this happen before? I'm tearing my hair out.

I’m also facing the same issue.

Same here. It’s only happening to 1 library that’s quite big strangely. I reverted back to when the library was previously publishing and even back to when the file was first created but still getting the failure error.

I have a problem with figma file when publishing my library. I have closed and reopened the file and figma many times but still have this problem. It affects the progress of my project. Please fix it quickly.

Thanks for checking in here, @Kevin Tang — and sorry to hear you're running into trouble.

From what I can see, the issue you're encountering may be related to a separate one that the team is currently investigating. Our Technical Quality team is looking into your report and will follow up via the email address linked to your account.

Appreciate your patience — keep an eye out for updates there!
