Project “Share” doesn’t show all organization members

We’ve noticed that in our organization, the “Share” feature under a Project doesn’t display the full list of members. It seems like the team member list is not synced or updated to include the latest members.

Because of this, when we add new members to the organization, they still can’t directly see existing Projects. We have to manually invite them by email each time, which is quite inconvenient.

Could someone confirm if this is a known issue or if there’s a workaround? Thanks!

Our organization has 35 View Seats, 3 Dev Seats, and 23 Full Seats in total.
However, when checking the Project’s “Share” member list, it only shows 34 members.

Hey @PatrickChoo — welcome to Figma Forum and thanks for flagging this. 🙏🏻

What type of plan does your company have? If it’s an Organization or Enterprise account, one thing worth checking is the seat type for each team member. If any are listed as Unverified or Pending, that means they haven’t yet completed their email verification or redeemed their invitation to join the team — which can sometimes cause this kind of access issue. You can review more on this in: View members and guests → Sort and filter results.

Since we can’t compare member lists directly here in the Forum (for privacy and security reasons), our Product Support team is best equipped to take a closer look. I went to make sure this gets a closer look, and I can see there’s an open case for you (case number: 1547439). The team will follow up with you directly via the email tied to your Figma account once they’ve had a chance to investigate further.

Appreciate your patience while they dig in, and please don’t hesitate to reach out there if anything else comes up!
