I have new user.

She is not showing up in my team and billing group, yet I cant add her because I'm told she's already in.

Therefore she cant edit og make new files

 

Hiya ​@Morten Kold - sorry for the confusion and trouble. In your scenario, I suspect that she may not actually have a full seat in the organization you’re working in. You mentioned that you can’t add her, since she’s already in -- I’d recommend that you reach out to your organization admin to make sure she has the proper seat assigned to her.

I also see you’ve already been in contact with our support team about this that has more information, but please let me know if you have not received that email.
