Hi.
I am writing regarding a recent charge to my account. I am on an annual plan, and I understand that you do quarterly seat billing. I accidentally forgot to review the seat count, and one additional seat was charged in the most recent update.

This was unintentional, and the user was not supposed to be active. The charge occurred less than 12 hours ago, and I have already corrected the seat count. I kindly ask if it is possible to refund the amount charged for this extra seat.

The charge hasn’t gone through yet because the billing information still points to an old card. However, the Billing section is prompting me to complete the payment. I’d appreciate it if this pending charge could be canceled instead.
