Need to add external users,option is grayed out

I can see that you’ve already submitted a support ticket(#1673768) for this issue and have received a response from our support team.

For other community members who may come across this post with a similar question, I’m sharing the guidance from our specialist here as well:

Just a heads up — you can only invite Members (users from your organization’s domains) to your organization from Admin Settings → Members.

If you’d like to invite Guests (users outside of your organization’s domains), you’ll need to invite them directly to a specific resource (a file, project, or team) within your organization using the resource’s Share modal.

If domain capture is enabled for your organization, existing and newly created Members will automatically be added to the organization. In this case, since there’s no need to invite Members manually from Admin Settings → Members, the Invite users button won’t appear.
