Hey @Linh Duong — welcome to the Figma Forum!
I’m really glad we got in touch, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble accessing this file. I appreciate you taking the time to outline what you’ve already tried.
To narrow things down a bit more:
- Is this happening only with this specific file?
- Does it occur in the browser, the Figma Desktop App, or both?
- If you’re using the Desktop App, can you confirm you’re running the latest version (125.8.9 or later)?
If you’re still seeing the same issue, that error message can sometimes point to a connection or other setup problem. When you get a chance, please try running through these quick steps from our: Troubleshooting checklist → Try these quick fixes.
If all that doesn’t do the trick, the next best step would be to reach out to our Product Support team. They can take a closer look and offer more specific guidance.
Lastly, I’ve removed some personal information from your original post to help protect your privacy and account security. Thanks again for your patience, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if anything new comes up. 🙏🏻
- Yes it only happen with this specific file, I’m not sure why, other files remain where they should
- I used Desktop App and it’s the latest version
- Today I pressed “try again” and the error link doesn’t appear anymore.
I think the best next step now is to escalate to Support team. I’ll proceed that and I’ll let you know.
