Merging organizations with lost admin account

Hi!
Two companies have merged and each team had their own figma accounts. Payment has been maintained for both accounts but we’d like to merge the organisations.
The problem is that the admin for one account left the business and her email address was disabled before we realised she was the admin on the account so now we cannot get admin access to the one organisation but we still need those files.
How do we get admin access to that account and then how do we merge the organisations?
