Issue with images not loading in Figma Community, plugin functionality, and it's not network or driver-related. Dear Figma Support, I am experiencing issues with images not loading correctly in the Figma Community section. Additionally, I am unable to use plugins on the workbench. This was working fine yesterday on another computer with the same internet connection, but the issue persists on my current computer even after trying different browsers and ensuring my drivers are up to date. Furthermore, I am receiving a message stating that I am running out of files in my free team, and I would appreciate help resolving this as well. Please provide me with any information or steps I can take to rectify these issues. Thank you for your time and assistance.
Hey
I also noticed that you’ve already contacted our support team, they’re waiting for your response to continue their investigation. When you get a chance, please check your inbox. You can also share a quick screenshot of what you’re seeing (that will help the team better visualize and troubleshoot the issue faster 🙏🏼).
Regarding the message about running out of files, this usually means you’ve reached the file limit on your free team (Starter plan). You can either:
- Move your files into one project (without exceeding Starter plan file limits) or to your Starter team's drafts. You can learn more about moving projects in our guide here.
-
Upgrade your team to a paid plan if you’d like to keep collaborating on those files.
Also, just as a reminder, on the Starter plan you can have:
-
Up to 3 total Figma Design and Figma Sites files in a project
-
Up to 3 files per each other Figma product in a project (i.e., 3 Figma Slides files, 3 FigJam files, etc.)
Please also note there is a a project limit: On a Starter plan, your team will have one project. So, if your team has more than one project, Figma will lock your team and prevent you from editing your files. To keep editing, you'll need to reorganize your files and projects so they are under those limits.
Hope this clears things up!
