Issue with images not loading in Figma Community, plugin functionality, and it's not network or driver-related. Dear Figma Support, I am experiencing issues with images not loading correctly in the Figma Community section. Additionally, I am unable to use plugins on the workbench. This was working fine yesterday on another computer with the same internet connection, but the issue persists on my current computer even after trying different browsers and ensuring my drivers are up to date. Furthermore, I am receiving a message stating that I am running out of files in my free team, and I would appreciate help resolving this as well. Please provide me with any information or steps I can take to rectify these issues. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hey @nikovajambegura , thanks for reaching out to the Figma Forum! I understand how frustrating it can be to have issues with images not loading and plugins not working. This can sometimes happen if browser extensions or cached data interfere with Figma. I recommend first checking whether any browser extensions might be blocking Figma, and trying to open Figma in an incognito/private window to see if that helps.

I also noticed that you’ve already contacted our support team, they’re waiting for your response to continue their investigation. When you get a chance, please check your inbox. You can also share a quick screenshot of what you’re seeing (that will help the team better visualize and troubleshoot the issue faster 🙏🏼).

Regarding the message about running out of files, this usually means you’ve reached the file limit on your free team (Starter plan). You can either:

Also, just as a reminder, on the Starter plan you can have:

  • Up to 3 total Figma Design and Figma Sites files in a project

  • Up to 3 files per each other Figma product in a project (i.e., 3 Figma Slides files, 3 FigJam files, etc.)

Please also note there is a a project limit: On a Starter plan, your team will have one project. So, if your team has more than one project, Figma will lock your team and prevent you from editing your files. To keep editing, you'll need to reorganize your files and projects so they are under those limits.

Hope this clears things up!
