After receiving an email notification titled “Subscription renewal reminder” for my annual subscription for two full seats totaling $384.00, I downgraded the seats to view-only in order to cancel my subscription.
Despite this, I was invoiced $384.00 today even though the seats had already been downgraded. This is an error, and I should not have been charged.
Additionally, there is no clear way to contact support, the billing system is extremely confusing, and there is no straightforward process to downgrade or cancel a subscription.
I am requesting a full refund of $384.00.
