Hey @matteogonzalez, thank you for reaching out!

Anyone with can edit access to the file can delete the file forever. This action is permanent and can’t be undone.

If you don’t see the Delete forever option when interacting with a file, it means you didn’t have edit access to the file and you won’t be able to delete it forever.

Note: If you had access to a project that got deleted, only the containing files to which you had explicit permissions on will show up in your Deleted tab.

More information can be found in this help center article: Delete files forever.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Contact a Collaborator with Edit Access:
If you know someone who has can edit access to these files, you may want to reach out to them, and request ask if they can permanently delete the files for you.
  • Request Edit Access:
Alternatively, if you currently don’t have can edit access, you can request it from the file owner or someone with suitable permissions. Once you have can edit access, you’ll be able to delete the files forever yourself.

Let me know if you have any further questions!

It seems you are not the owner of this file, as it just says “Deleted 7 months ago”
If you were the owner, it would say “Deleted by you 7 months ago”

If you are owner, you can Right click to delete.

Else, you wont get the option to delete or restore.

Hello thank you for your answer, but if i’m not the owner why it is on my account ?

If you are part of an enterprise account, the team(s) you are part of show up in your files.

matteogonzalez
