Hello !

I’m facing an issue where, on my work computer (both in the web and desktop versions of Figma), the files on the workspace board are not showing up. They can be selected but don’t appear visually. I’ve cleared the cache and checked for errors but couldn’t fix it. The problem only occurs on this specific computer—everything works fine on others.

How can I resolve this?

I get that the objects on your canvas aren't showing up when you open files on your work computer.

Let's try a bit of troubleshooting together. First things first:

  • If you're using a VPN, firewall, or proxy, could you try turning them off temporarily to see if that makes a difference?
  • Try disabling your browser extensions one by one to see if any of them might be interfering?
  • Would you also mind trying to connect to Figma using a different network, like your phone's hotspot, just to see if the problem continues?
