Hi @created04, Thanks for reaching out about this.

We understand you and your team are only seeing a couple of thumbnails for this custom templates(slide-deck-template-2). We haven't been able to recreate the problem on our side, so could you help us figure it out by checking a few things?

  1. Is this happening only in the supported browser, or are you experiencing it in both the browser and the desktop app?
  2. Does this occur with a specific template, or is it affecting all templates published to your team?
  3. Could you please try these basic troubleshooting steps to see if anything changes?
    • Browser: Force-quit your current session and try opening Figma in a new browser window.
    • Desktop app: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and then restart it.

If you're still having trouble, I recommend getting in touch with our support team for more help at https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001744374

When you submit your request, please include:

  • Make sure you're using the account where you see the problem.
  • The steps you've already tried to fix it.
  • A video of your entire Figma screen showing the issue and the actions you took beforehand, along with detailed instructions.
  • The URLs of the slide template in the video.

Thanks again for reaching out.

Thanks for the reply.

This seemed to occur with a specific template, for everyone in the team trying to build a new presentation from the template.. I’ve now deleted the template and done some testing. It could have been slides containing videos that caused this, but I can’t say for sure.  After publishing a new template with the same slides again the thumbnails are displaying properly.
