Since you're able to prompt and view code, it may be possible that the prototype is taking time to load. To help narrow things down, could you try the following:
Refresh the browser
Check if the prototype works in the desktop app
Try opening it in a different browser. Figma supports Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge
If you're still running into issues, would you mind adding support-share@figma.com as an Editor to the affected file (no impact on billing), and sending over a link? That’ll help me take a closer look at it. If you don’t want to share the link here, feel free to send me a DM and let me know under this post to follow up.

I have this problem, everything was working so nice, suddenly all figma make code is messed up, if i click restore code it doesnt work anymore
