Hi Team,

I've been working on a design using Figma and encountered an issue with code generation.

The design process is working well overall, and the code generation (React + Typescript) was functioning correctly up to a certain version. However, I'm now experiencing a problem where:

- The preview updates correctly according to my prompts
- The generated code does not reflect these preview updates
- There appears to be a disconnect between the latest preview and the corresponding code output

Could you please help investigate this issue? The code generation seems to be stuck on an earlier version despite the preview showing the current changes.

Things I tried out - Refreshed the figma link in Chrome also tried accessing the code through windows desktop App but no Luck.

Hi ​@Atul Lahade , thanks for flagging this. I can see how frustrating it must be that the preview updates but the generated code doesn’t match!

Please first try these troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve the issue:

  1. Click “Refresh preview” at the top of the preview area to see if that helps.

  2. Duplicate your Figma Make file and check if the generated code matches again.


If that doesn’t resolve it, the next step would be to submit a bug report so our team can take a closer look here: Submit a bug report.

In the form, please use your Figma account email, include the URL of the affected file and grant can edit access with support-share@figma.com, and (if possible) attach a short video showing the issue.
