It might be a bug. I accessed Figma using Chrome version 133.0.6943.54 (official release) (x86_64), and the local variable pop-up is displaying incorrectly—the line spacing fluctuates unpredictably and continuously flickers.

I am unable to scroll vertically normally.

The issue has been occurring for a week, and from what I recall, it isn’t directly related to a browser update. Could you advise on what steps I might take to try to resolve this issue?

Hi @Henry Zhang , Thanks for contacting us!

We've tried to reproduce the issue you're experiencing, but haven't been successful so far.  To help us narrow down the cause, could you please check the following:

  • Are you seeing this problem only in the browser version of Figma, or is it also happening in the Figma desktop app?
  • If another user with editor access opens the same file, do they encounter the same issue?

If the other editor doesn't experience the problem, please try these quick fixes:

  • Close any Figma tabs that you are not actively using.
  • Browser: Force-quit your browser application and then reopen Figma in a new window.
  • Desktop App: Force-quit the Figma desktop application and restart it.

If the issue is present for other editors as well, please also check the following:

  • Is the problem specific to this particular file, or does it occur with all of your Figma files?
  • In the screenshot you provided, the “1. Colors” collection is selected. Does the same behavior occur when you select a different collection or group?

If the issue continues after trying these steps, please submit a bug report using this form: Bug report form. When submitting your report, please include the following information:

  • Using your Figma account email
  • A summary of the troubleshooting steps you have already taken.
  • A screenshot of the entire Figma interface showing the issue.
  • The URL of the affected file, and please add support-share@figma.com as an editor to the file (this will not affect your billing)

Thank you for your assistance!
