I have never been so angry at the company in my life. I paid for Full proffesional seat the previous month. Even though I cancelled it, money was withdrawn from my bank account. $15!!! As I contacted support, they answered me with something like “make sure that this is the correct email address”. So I did and texted them back. It’s been 5 days since I texted them, I never got an aswer!!! And today they dare to send me smth like “how did we do?” form, I am SO annoyed with them. How can the company be so disorganised and arrogant? Never in my life will I pay a cent for Figma anymore. Please tell me how to get an answer from them!!
