Hello there,

I have encountered a confusion in admin interface of figma plans. 

Admin - dashboard, billing

Use case: I have vacated some of the seats we used, some of them were annual and some monthly. Some collab, some full seats. I am unable to see on the dashboard, what type of seats are available

Both lead me to manage existing paid seats and don‘t show available ones.

On top, the arrow “back” in the top is broken and doesn‘t lead to the correct previously visited page within admin sites.

 

Admin - People: Editing seats for users

In this dialog of editing seats for a particular user, I am unable to see if monthly or annual seat is gonna be used. Which one is it?

I am posting this to give feedback on the lack of clarity. The navigation issue seems like a bug to me.

Hey ​@adinafxv, thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I’ve shared your feedback internally with the team as well. 

We recently rolled out some updates to the billing dashboard to make the breakdown between monthly and annual seats clearer. As part of this, the dashboard now focuses on assigned seats, so you can better track upcoming monthly costs.

From the billing page, you can click on “1 available” or “Manage” (as shown in your screenshots). This will take you to the People page, where you’ll see which seats are in use and can hover over the icons in the top-right corner to view the breakdown between assigned and available seats for both monthly and annual plans.

 

Regarding the back arrow at the top, if it seems like a potential bug you can report it directly here: Submit a bug report.

Would you please have the answer to: When upgrading, unsure if monthly or annual seat will be used. Is there a rule for this?


Hey ​@adinafxv, I’ve reached out to the team internally for this one and got the following response: Either monthly or annual will work. As long as you choose the “Full” seat type you’ll get the most out of AI features.
