cannot reach sales...enterprise modes question

KennLucas

I have tried a support ticket.

And I would like to give Figma some money.

But sales does not seem to want our money.

My question is...we need MANY MODES.

Ca we get away with ONLY one or two enterprise licenses to create and manage modes?

The thinking is, can my designers with a pro license CHOOSE THE MODE in their designs, while they still only pay for the pro license $15?

But our admins could buy $75 enterprise licenses.

@figmasupprt does it work that way? Or does everyone need an enterprise license?

Hey @KennLucas

James from sales here - happy to help.

Our support team has notified the sales team and we are happy to discuss enterprise upgrades with you and get you set up.

Please provide a good email for me to reach out to, and we can continue the conversation there.

James

Hey @KennLucas, thanks for reaching out!

As a workaround, try creating multiple files with 4 modes, but keep in mind that you won’t be able to “mode swap” between the modes from the different files.

As much as I wish I could help more here, there’s currently no way to only have two enterprise licenses, which is why the Sales team has been unable to assist. This is already on the team’s radar for reconsideration though. Please feel free to add your feedback for the team here, if you haven’t done so already:

That is no excuse for sales to not respond!

And not a workaround. That would be much worse trying to do that.

I have a team that needs designers with full seats that need more than four modes.

and several DevMode seats.

I NEED ACTION.

I need to know what minimum seats I must have to use enterprise.

Wondering if there are government license discounts.

why can I not get sales to talk to me?

I have replied to you via private message.

still no response from you.

is there a reason that Figma treats paying customers this way?

this is entirely unacceptable.

Hi @KennLucas, thanks for following up!

James doesn’t receive the same forum notifications as my team does here in the community, but rest-assured, he’s just sent you a response via email. Please check your inbox to continue working with the Sales team directly.

I had replied directly to him with my contact information. He is in sales. It is sort of the job to be following up with potential contracts.

thanks for the note here. James stepped up and has contacted us.

thanks for your assistance in getting this moving.

It took an act of god to get to James. But James killed it! He ran us quotes and answered our questions in an expedient and greatly professional, stellar manner.

Sales does not seem to be the pain point. GETTING TO SALES is a nightmare that Figma should be embarrassed about.

Thank you James. You made a difference for our team.

Hey @KennLucas

Glad to hear that @James Wang was able to help you out!

Rest-assured, our community team here has been escalating these unanswered Sales inquires to the best of our ability. We’re also doing our best to advocate for clear expectations when users reach out to Sales via the Sales contact form.

We hope to implement changes in the near future that will ensure that our Sales team will not leave anyone left waiting.

I’m having the same situation. Someone from Figma sales around who can clarify?

For Figma Enteprise what is the minimum amount of seats? We’re interested in acquiring 4 licenses for my team.

--- Suggestion: Please add minimum seats per licence type in the pricing page. This way the Figma Sales Team can focus more on selling.

Thank you.

Greetings, @James Wang.

-- We're interested in acquiring 4 Enterprise licenses, however, in your website there is no information about the minimum seats required.

Please assist us in confirming this information, so we can proceed.

Hey @Carlos Cepeda Danies , Celine from Figma here — happy to help!

Just to clarify, the minimum seat requirement for Enterprise is only 1 full seat, but the upgrade applies to the entire Organization, not just selected users.

I saw in the backend that you’ve already reached out to our support team. One of our agents looped in your account manager to explore this further with you. When you have a moment, feel free to check your support ticket (#1325755), thank you!
