I just tested this on my end, and I was able to copy and paste text in a comment from a comment on the slide to another app without any issues, both in the browser and the desktop app. To better understand the situation, could you please check a few things?

1. Are you experiencing this issue on the desktop app, a supported browser, or both?
2. Are you able to copy text from a comment to paste in reply?
3. If you haven’t tried yet, could you please attempt these quick fixes to see if they resolve the problem?

• Close any Figma tabs you’re not using.
  • For the browser: Force-quit and reopen Figma in a new browser window.
  • For the desktop app: Force-quit the Figma Desktop app and restart it.

If you’re still encountering the same issue after trying these steps, we’d like to know more about what you’re experiencing. Could you please share a video recording of the issue along with the steps to reproduce it?

Hey Junko3, 

Checked again this morning and it looks now to be working. 

For a little more clarity, I was seeing the issue on the desktop app. At the time the text in comments didn’t seem to be copying at all whether to paste in Figma or another platform. 

I’ll keep monitoring the problem and try to take a video if it surfaces again.
